2. Do I have to apply for permits from the city council to carry out my activity?

No, because we have all the necessary permits. Once you sign the contract, you can start working that same day without any complications or paperwork.

3. What services are included in OfiHappy rates?

At OfiHappy, all our plans include a series of services so you can focus on your business without worrying about additional expenses. Included services include: fully equipped workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, cleaning and maintenance, air conditioning, heating, access to a break room, 24/7 security, fire alarm system, shared printer/photocopier, and even background music to create a pleasant atmosphere. 4. Can I use advertising space on the premises?

Yes, you can choose to use advertising space on the exterior windows and place a sign with your company name on our façade. Both services are available on request and the cost of the screen printing will be borne by the applicant.

In addition, all hosted companies are entitled to an advertising banner on our website and, if you sign up for the annual plan, you can have a dedicated page for your business. You can also promote your products or offers on our social networks by providing the necessary material.

5. What is OfiHappy's policy regarding the minimum contract duration?

At OfiHappy, we don't require a contract. You can leave your commercial space whenever you need, just give us one month's notice. 

6. How do the discounts on the semi-annual and annual rates work?

On the semi-annual plan, you get a 50% discount on the sixth month. On the annual plan, you get two months free when you pay for the first 10 months, which reduces the average monthly cost.

7. What happens if I renew my annual contract at the end of the 12 months?

If you decide to sign up for a new 12-month period at the end of your current contract, you will enjoy the rate in effect at that time, with the 10+2 offer applied from the first month.

8. Can I add my company to the OfiHappy directory?

Yes, with the half-yearly and annual rates, presence in our directory is included in the price. In the quarterly rate, the company can be added by paying the screen printing costs.

9. Can I customize the workspace?

You can make some adjustments to adapt the space to your specific needs. However, prior authorization is required for major changes.

10. Do you offer technical support in the workspace?

Yes, we have support for issues related to Internet connectivity and other basic services. For specialized assistance, we can put you in touch with trusted providers.
